Where I've worked

Designed automation workflows that reduced manual pre-design work from 3–5 hours to 2 minutes.
Conducted multiple rounds of usability and user testing to identify issues, improve user flows, and create a more efficient design experience.
Led UX design for a dual-screen AI Avatar experience, from defining personas and user journeys to creating working prototypes using Figma Make, Claude, and HeyGen.
Explored AI, AR, VR, and emerging technologies to identify new experience opportunities and ideas for future experiences as part of the Innovation Hub.
Experimented with prompt engineering and different AI tools as part of RFP initiatives to explore new ways of working.

Designed a fintech product with admin and user-facing applications to simplify the loan application process.
Simplified the loan submission and review journey by reducing paperwork and making the interface more intuitive to use.
